Cooking methods
Pour the pasta into boiling salted water (1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta, about 10 g of sea salt). Stir occasionally and keep the water boiling all the time. After cooking, drain the pasta and season to taste. The cooking time of the pasta may increase depending on the altitude above sea level. The calculations are based on cooking at altitudes of 50-100 metres above sea level.
