The coffee comes from the island of Timor in the Indonesian archipelago. In the cup, it is fragrant and slightly acidic. The contrast between the delicate sweetness and the excellent body is delightful. The reduced caffeine content makes it perfect for after-dinner enjoyment. Amazing crema.
