Canned Red Tuna, Sardinian CoastOnly the finest parts are selected for our artisanal processing: the tuna is steamed, canned in large containers and matured for at least twelve months. Then it is canned in smaller containers, coated with olive oil and left to mature for a further six months or longer. Our production includes three selections: Ventresca, Tarantello, Tonno di Corsa and Buzzonaglia.
